Erowal Bay is a picturesque lake side village. It's situated on the northern end of St Georges Basin. It has a number of parks, native bushland teeming with wildlife [kangaroos hop down the main street!], a first class boat ramp and a handy corner store. The lake beach is ideal for younger children. St Georges Basin has excellent fishing because it is closed to professional and net fishing. Added to this Erowal Bay is a neighbouring suburb to Hyams Beach the most expensive suburb in Jervis Bay. [see map]. Erowal Bay is quite, peaceful and relaxing the perfect south coast holiday destination.

Old Erowal Bay is a quiet suburb ideally located midway between Jervis Bay and St Georges Basin [see map].
It's a wonderful location for those who want to experience beautiful Jervis Bay at a more reasonable price tag.
St Georges Basin is unspoilt Shoalhaven at its best. It's one of the best boating lakes on the south coast. Perfect for fishing, water skiing, sailing, jet skiing, catamaraning, kayak and canoeing. Old Erowal Bay is only a few minutes away from world class beaches, plus the shops, restaurants, cafes, dolphin watch cruises, Booderee National Park etc.
