If you are intending to stay at one of the properties described on our site, you must rely entirely on your own enquiries and satisfy yourself as to the accuracy of the material on our site. We provide the means of contact for you on behalf of a property, which is then handled by the Agent on behalf of the owner. You must agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in the agents confirmation and full payment is acceptance and acknowledgement of your responsibilities. The appropriate safety standards and insurance coverage of the property is the owners responsibility. You agree to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition and must report all damages/loss to Jervis Realty.

In return for your access to material on our site you agree not to make any claim against us.

You may be asked to pay a security bond by the agent at the time of your booking, an inspection will be carried out by the agent or owner and then returned if all is in order.

You agree that in return for the services specified on our site, a commission will be disbursed from all confirmed bookings as per your agency agreement, at the end of the month. A statement will be sent to you regarding your payments.

You agree to keep jervis.com.au indemnified against all actions, claims and demands brought against, and all costs, losses and liabilities incurred by jervis.com.au in the course of or arising from the exercise of duties acted upon on your behalf.

We take reasonable care to transcribe your material into an online format. However, we reserve the right to edit material and you agree not to claim against us for any change we make. In consideration of the publication of material you have permitted us to use you agree not to make any claim against us including anything caused by our negligence.

You agree to make no claim against jervis.com.au for:

1. the conduct or behaviour of renters,

2. anything from a failed booking

3. the non-payment of a tariff or rent

4. the state in which the property is left, or

5. damage which may be done to the property or neighbours

The renter may be asked to pay a security bond which is held in trust until there departure. After an inspection of the property carried out by the owner or agent, this will be returned if all is in order.

By listing with jervis.com.au or signing a management agency agreement, you give us permission to use material about your property on our site, including alterations, at our discretion in media anywhere in the world.

You agree to provide material that is truthful about the property, that is clean and safe to use as a holiday rental property and that you have appropriate insurance cover for your own losses and claims that might be made against you by renters their guests and your neighbours.
