Bellow is our cleaning schedule. This will give you and idea of the service we offer.
CLEANING SCHEDULE
LINEN
• Wash bath mats, hand towels, tea towels each clean. [our linen, no charge]
• Wash mattress protectors, pillow protectors, coloured pillow slips as necessary or requested. [your linen, no charge]
• Wash and iron doona covers as necessary or requested [$17.00]
• We
offer a full linen service. We supply - Sheets, pillowslips & towels. Cost is
$28 per Queen Bed and $22 per Single Bed and we make the beds.
This is charged direct to the client (no bother for you)
KITCHEN
• Clean kitchen.
• Check that all cupboards are clean and neatly organised. Crockery/cutlery glasses etc neatly displayed.
• Clean tiles.
• Display 1 tea towel, 4 others in drawer. [our linen]
• Check and replace supplies. Detergent, dish cloth, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, few spare bin liners. [your supply]
• Clean fridge.
• Clean microwave.
• Wipe cupboard doors as necessary.
• Clean oven, occasional spring clean.
• Empty and clean bin, replace bin liner.
• Spot clean walls and doors as necessary.
• Complimentary Supplies put in on special requests i.e. Wine & Chocolates. [your supply]
LOUNGES
• Wipe coffee table.
• Dust TV/CD/DVD/VHS and cabinet etc.
• Vacuum under lounge cushions as necessary.
• Wipe window sill.
• Spot clean window as necessary.
• Tidy books, magazines etc.
• Display lounge cushions attractively.
• Spot clean walls and doors as necessary.
• Spot clean carpets.
BEDROOMS
• Make beds. Display pillows and towels attractively.
• Spot clean any marks on bed spreads and coloured display pillows.
• Dust side cupboards and lamp.
• Check in draws and cupboard, tidy and clean as necessary.
• Spot clean mirror as necessary.
• Spot clean doors and walls as necessary.
• Wipe window sill and spot clean windows as necessary.
• Wash pillow and mattress protectors as necessary. [no charge]
• Soak, wash and iron doona covers as necessary or requested [$17.00]
LAUNDRY/BATHROOM
• Clean all sinks.
• Clean shower screens.
• Spray and wipe shower tiles, shower head, taps etc, remove mould.
• Clean toilets.
• Check and clean vanity as necessary.
• Clean mirror.
• Check and clean washing machine.
• Replace bath mat and hand towel, displayed attractively. [our linen]
• Supply soap, shampoo/conditioner, bath gel [our supplies]
• Replace supplies. Soaps and liquid soaps etc. Toilet paper - one roll attractively displayed. [your supply]
• Clean vents as necessary.
• Spot clean walls and doors as necessary.
• Empty bin, replace bin liner.
FLOORS
• Vacuum all carpets, rugs and floors.
• Spot clean carpets.
• Mop tiled areas.
• Dust skirting boards as necessary.
• Vacuum under beds and other furniture as needed.
OUTSIDE
• Remove cigarette buts from entrance, gardens and courtyard areas.
• Remove any litter from entrance area and car parking spots.
• Place all rubbish bins.
• Clean BBQ
• Sweep entrance as needed.
WINDOWS
• Maintain main windows.
